10 / 10 to you and all your merry persons (inc Big G), for what I do consider to be awesome customer service.

Unlike most, I do understand all my requirements have been rubbish in the real commercial world,
But at every junction you have all bent over backwards for me, – not that I was pushing, but it is appreciated.
I run a Customer based manufacturing company, and the public don’t always understand what it is they are asking for, nor the implication of time some of it takes, and a ‘Thank You’ is often beyond them.
But I would like to thank you all
